FREQUENCE is officially launched! FREQUENCE is a non-profit organization (NPO) whose mission is to showcase the talents and perseverance of young people from Quebec's black communities, while providing them with a forum to express themselves about their reality. FREQUENCE aims to help build a more inclusive society and a more prosperous future for young people who identify as black.
